Should I "Kiss My Hair Goodbye"?

For awhile now, I’ve been weighing the pros and cons of taking an extremely minimal approach to my hair “style” – namely, pretty much cutting it all off. I don’t want the slick, shiny, blind-you-with-the-glare look, but something pretty close. In trying to describe to Nola what I envision (and also trying to convince her), I finally found an example of what I have in mind.

This is Josh Harris,Senior Pastor of Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He’s probably more widely known as the author of “I Kissed Dating Goodbye”, along with several other very good books. This is what I have in mind. So, what do you think?

  2. Funny! I’ve been thinking on the same lines but with the hairy layer above my upper lip. If you decide to do it, I’ll be following this metamorphosis very closely! (Of course for my edification 🙂 )

  3. Okay, here’s the real issue-money!! If you shave your head every day(gross-who wants to see the glare) then you have to pay for extra razor blades. Let’s say you use those expensive ones, then you’re spending more. But, who wants to shave their head with cheap razors. We don’t want to see you going around with little toilet paper spots to stop bleeding. What about a tight buzz like Josh has? Well, then you have to get your hair cut about every 2 weeks and that gets expensive. So, the tight wad that I am, says to stick with your current look!
